Great sales team all around! This wasn't my first time in the car-buying rodeo. I've bought many and have seen my very fair share of very UN-fair dealers. Then enter Bristol Toy This wasn't my first time in the car-buying rodeo. I've bought many and have seen my very fair share of very UN-fair dealers. Then enter Bristol Toyota... Fancy building aside (which was a nice touch, though), the team really stood out to me on all levels. From the online staff of Lynda (who worked with me on-and-off for months) and Sharon, to the floor manager David, my salesperson John Gomes, and lastly Jim in the finance office. I felt very comfortable, not pressured by any means, and we all shook hands on a great deal. Information was happily passed along at all steps of the transaction and I wasn't told to wait, to deal with things on my own, etc. No, this was a great working team. Team as in they all worked together. So many other dealerships I've been to treat each dealership employee as their own team and that's just terrible, to the point that it was irritating and I've left. At Bristol, though, it was a breath of fresh air. Again, I've bought many cars in my lifetime and I feel like this deal was very acceptable on all levels. I'm not looking to get at-cost for everything because people need to make money! I get it! However, be known that you will not be taken for a ride here (no pun intended). Come in prepared and everything will go smoothly. You can read my other reviews to see my previous experiences. I will happily say I will return here one day when I am looking for another Toyota. I highly recommend Bristol and this team! More

David Lotero in the internet department was very helpful texting me about their specials before I was able to make it in. Kerry Parkos in sales helped me throughout the whole process and I really cannot say enough good things about him! Kerry is very friendly and honest. He is so thorough that when I finally got the car keys, he sat in the car with me and explained every single button. Jimmy Lane helped me with financing, and he too answered my million questions. Roger Landry, the sales manager, is very pleasant and he made sure I got the best deal possible. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I am excited to bring it in for service at Bristol's new location in Swansea! More

What a MIRACLE! John Gomes greeted my husband and I with open arms. We were in a desperate need of a reliable car. John made this happen for us. He got together with his Toyota cohorts to perform what I will forever call a miracle! He made a dream come true for a couple, from the Bronx, NY area, in need of a reliable car. I was able to trade in my unreliable car for a Rav4. John made a dream come true for my husband and I. It has now been 6 months since the deal was made, and my husband and I are driving in a safe, reliable car! We are stress less, and quite happy that John Gomes was the one whom made this happen for us. Words can not express our heart-felt gratitude.
