We looked throughout the metroplex at two different car makes. Lewisville VW was one of two that didn’t use constant contact, never ending phone calls, texts and emails (specifically the phone calls were f makes. They simply provided the requested information and passed their contact info. Via text, which is what I had requested as a method of communication. Once we decided to head to their dealership the whole process was extremely smooth and easy. We were done in less than 2 hours and walked out with what we wanted and nothing extra. More

Kastriot helped me from the time I called in to inquire about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. He was incredibly friendly, but also knowledgeable ab about a used car. He had the car pulled up and ready to test drive while I was on my way there. I appreciate that he took the time to help me with all my questions and help me with the financing part. I actually had to come back the next day because I didn't have time to cash my check for the down payment, and Kastriot was again super friendly and got me taken care of - made sure the tires had the right amount of air and the coolant was topped off. 10/10 service from him and the finance department as well. More
