Great experience I recieved a good deal on my trade in with no hassling. The price of the new vehicle was by far lowest i could find also with very little negotiation I recieved a good deal on my trade in with no hassling. The price of the new vehicle was by far lowest i could find also with very little negotiation necessary. While preparing my vehicle I was loaned a nice 4x4 truck not the cheapest oldest car on the lot. That was a big deal to me. The sales man David is really nice and straight forward. He did what he said he was going to do and always stayed in contact without being pushy. One of if not the easiest deals I’ve made. More

Management and service receptionist were A1 Robbie, Eric and Becky are the only reasons for the 5 star rating. If not for the exemplary customer care given by these 3 people my rating would have Robbie, Eric and Becky are the only reasons for the 5 star rating. If not for the exemplary customer care given by these 3 people my rating would have been 0 stars. I will be returning for all future vehicle services and purchases. I also spoke with several sales people while waiting for my services to be completed, and everyone in sales was awesome. Specifically Jimmy, who helped me program my easy exit seat configuration. Jordan Seals was my initial contact with Walt Massey, and she is an exceptional service rep. More
