David was laid back and direct and informed about the product. I think he is a "car guy". Just like the rest of the dealership, there was no games and a relaxed experience the whole way through. We went in and approached David Rusch. He was kind and extremely accommodating/transparent. He gave us one of the best experiences in our car shopping stint.
