As with all car sales, there is always a manager who believes he's needed, but also low pressure from him. All in all, transparency, patience and good staff, with the reassurance of a 7 days money back guarantee. My only side note is also a classic, the buyer for your car has the classic story of how your car is now less valuable than last week. I understand they need to optimize their margin, but is there anyone left on this planet who doesn't think it undermines their dealer's brand? Echopark, if you want to differentiate yourself from the market, find alternatives for these elements. Besides that, good to have you around.
