PLEASE ask for another salesperson QUICKLY!!!! I can't say much about the dealership because the ONLY person I dealt with was David Terpoili who lied from the very beginning. We are in the midst of the COVID-19 nightmare and I could only text back and forth with him. He contacted me on his day off (Tuesday) and couldn't do anything until the next day because of their work schedule. Long story short, he told me that he got the approval on Wednesday. Thursday... he said "the bank needs to send the final approval over to him". Friday...he said the same thing, the banks are slow because of COVID-19. I asked him who his Finance Manager is, he said it was "him" RED FLAG!!! Do you think I'm stupid??? On Saturday, I ended up going somewhere else,. I started the process 11 AM Saturday morning and was picking up my car by 4:00 PM Saturday afternoon. THIS MAN LIED ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS!!! I wish that I read his reviews prior to dealing with him, I would've saved myself a few days. What a waste of time!!!! It's even worse because you don't feel safe texting back and forth and because of COVID-19 the entire car buying experience is not as personal as it was. Then to be lied to like you're nobody is the absolute worse. Doesn't he realize he represents the entire dealership during this time? What a complete A**HOLE!!!!! PS: I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ALL TEXT MESSAGES. More

Was lied to. Was interested in Toyota Camry. Was working with sales guy , and was almost pushed into buying a car that was more money more miles. There was 2 cars I was interested in and was told they were with sales guy , and was almost pushed into buying a car that was more money more miles. There was 2 cars I was interested in and was told they were sold but ..they are still there 2 weeks later so is car they tried to push me to buy..long story. Bought newer car less miles elsewhere Really upset was really excited to purchase from them. And they would of had 2 definite sales my boyfriend is also looking for a newer car. He is now looking elsewhere. More

A man of his word, prior to the actual appointment was told what I need to get the deal done and when I arrived everything wa Dave jr was exceptional! I was skeptical because of my credit rating so I tried to find someone who could help me. I came across Conicelli Toyota and filled out an application. To my surprise I was contacted by David Terpoilli and he told me he could help me.I came in the office looking for a used car but ended up with a 2014 Toyota Camry Sport.I appreciate how he went to bat for me and to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who may be looking for a car,if they helped me they can help you. More
