JUAN SANDUVAL, sales manager, BRADY BROWN, general manager, and DAVID ULWELLING, salesperson.... ALL LIED, MISLED AND TREATED ME EXTREMELY RUDELY. I'M A 63 YR OLD WOMAN WHO IS DISABLED AND REUQESTED manager, and DAVID ULWELLING, salesperson.... ALL LIED, MISLED AND TREATED ME EXTREMELY RUDELY. I'M A 63 YR OLD WOMAN WHO IS DISABLED AND REUQESTED THE SAME EXACT FEATURES ON MY 2021 PREMIUM LUXURY, BE THE SAME AS THE NEW 2024 XT4, BECAUSE I NEED ALL OF THE SAFETY FEATURES TO BE ABLE TO DRIVE. IT DOEESN'T. i ASKED TO HAVE THEM UNWIND THE DEAL, 3 days after i leased it. THEY WOULDN'T. TOLD ME THEY WON'T DEAL WITH ME ANYMORE DISMISSED ME AND TOLD ME TO LEAVE. Salesman David Ulwelling. Sales manager Juan Sanduval both lied to me about placing an order for a 2024 premium luxury xt4. They assured me, by checking the vin# on my previou Sales manager Juan Sanduval both lied to me about placing an order for a 2024 premium luxury xt4. They assured me, by checking the vin# on my previous 2021 xt4, that it had all the same safety features. I am disabled and need front park assist along with the complete safety package that my prevoius 2021 vehicle had. They told me they placed an order for a 2024 complete with everything I needed. I found out , too late, that a preliminary order was put in ,but NEVER PLACED WITH CADILLAC. That is why they couldn't provide me with a confirmation number 6 weeks after the "SO CALLED ORDER WAS PLACED". On 2/17/2024, I LEASED a vehicle on their lot, that they assured me had everything I had on my 2021, except not the upgraded sound system. I drove home and discovered there wasn't front park assist, or and safety features for the front or sides. I wanted to turn in my 3 day new lease and go back to my xt4 premium luxury that had a total of 8550 miles Total, for the past 3 years and 4 months. I could've paid the residual of $26,114 to keep my car. CREST PAID THE RESIDUAL, WOULDN'T UNWIND THE NEW LEASE AND WANTED TO PRICE GAUGE ME $6K, OVER THE RESIDUAL COST. THE SALES MANAGER TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY MORE BECAUSE THE CAR WAS CERTIFIED. DETAILED/PORTERED IN AND OUR, OIL CHANGE AND MINOR REPAIRS. NONE IF WHICH WERE DONE WHEN I CAME TO GET OUT OF MY NEW LEASE, and take back my 2021. I had to take a $7,000 loss on the lease, I put down $5K, and the pay out was lower at $41,000. To make a long story short, I was TREATED RUDELY, YELLED AT AND TOLD TO LEAVE, THEY WOULDN'T HONOR THEIR DEAL TO GET BACK INTO MY 2021. JUAN SANDUVAL. BRADY BROWN THE GENERAL MANAGER, AND DAVID ULWELLING THE SALESMAN, WERE DISHONEST, RUDE AND DISMISSED ME. THEY WON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ME. Now I have to go to another dealer and lease an xt5, which has All of the safety features, and previous dash. And pay more. BECAUSE OF THE LIES I WAS TOLD BY CREST CADILLAC IN BROOKFIELD, WI. FURTHERMORE THE 2024 XT4 DOES NOT HAVE FRONT PARK ASSIST OR ALL OF THW PREVIOUS FEATURES ON 2023 AND PREVIOUS YEARS. THE NEW DASHBOARD IS HORRIBLE AND COMPLICATED. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!! Do Not Go To This Dealership! More

When we purchased a new 2011 SRX the experience at Crest was great. In November of 2023 we went back to Crest and decided to purchase a used 2021 XT6 Sport instead of a new XT6. Unfortunately the experien was great. In November of 2023 we went back to Crest and decided to purchase a used 2021 XT6 Sport instead of a new XT6. Unfortunately the experience was not great...more like an average used car dealership. They gave us the best on line price but pulled back the used car certification a few days before we picked up the car, prep was poor...there was dirt in the doors and under seats, and I found a hole in the ceiling material above the third row seats after the purchase which I was never told about prior to the purchase. We liked our salesman but the management and operations were certainly not the same as what we experienced years before which tarnished the whole experience. More

Our Salesman, Joe, kept in touch and we feel he went to bat for us. He was very thorough and patient going through the vehicle. I hope to do more business with Joe. As for Brandon, he is without a doubt, the most arrogant person my wife or I have ever had to deal with. You should allow zero stars. Apparently, we’re stuck with him if we do business with Crest. He’s the only thing keeping this dealership from receiving 5 stars, in our opinion. What a pompous xxx! I’ve had good experiences with the service department. A nice crew. Thorough and professional.
