What should be David Williams title? customer rep, Car sales person ?or Executive customer expert…? Or Director for Sales ? How about “Best Sales person of the year or many years!? Either way the title would not be long or valuable enough or valuable enough to describe David in full . I’m a buyer from out of state,‘I’m based in NY. Im the kind of buyer that knows what I want. So when I send an inquiry for a car it’s usually bc that car has special packages and color that I am interested in. So my shooing area is pretty much nationwide whenever I change or upgrade cars. David has made the buying process and / buyer experience a very seamless one, front start to finish. From the point of my online inquiry (mid May 2023) and as an out of state buyer, based in NY, the entire process was seamless. Most of the few minor issues I had was unrelated to David or the Dealership (Cerified Beemer & Benz). David and this dealership should be a model for other dealerships around the country. The historical and negative perception of buying a car would change. With competition from online based platforms like Carvana and CarMax, people still need that personal touch, which is what David provides at all levels. From the moment I sent an inquiry for the BMW X6M, he responded within hours. Right after and matter of hours, a personal video walk around (inside and outside of the SUV) was prepared and sent off to me. Even though the first car I inquired on didn’t work out bc the Milage was on high side. Coincidentally they had another BMW X6M with lower Milage and similar package. After discussing my interest in that one instead, David sent another personal walk around Video. These walk around videos were prepared for me, not a general video recorded and sent off to all customers. These videos made a huge difference and elevated my buying experience to new level I have not experienced before. Additional to the videos, an ipacket was received which had the full description and specifications of the car, that packet included the vehicle history report (full car fax report) In conclusion, David was great! David was very communicative, and very responsive and detailed. I had a million questions and he clarified all my inquiries without hesitation. The negotiation was not a stressful one at all. After agreeing, financing was set, spoke to finance manager, docs received, signed and sealed! Car was relieved to me in NY from AZ. They had suggested using their carrier but I mistakenly chose my own, trying to save a few bucks. That was the only issue & mistake I made, was getting my owner carrier. So after all that, the issue was the carrier. I’m the end, this was one of my best experience dealing with a car dealership. David was great and I highly recommend him when you shop there for your next Vehicle - AD fr New York More
