Dawn Harper at Criswell Acura

After some research on SUV's, we visited Criswell Acura in Annapolis to look at the RDX. Working with Stefano Rinaldi our Sales Consultant and Lamont Randall the Sales Manager was a great and pleasant experience. Our first meeting was with Stefano who was very knowledgeable and personable to work with. Being an informed but "picky" consumer, they made the experience very smooth and enjoyable. After a few calls with Lamont and Stefano, we came to terms and they had the car ready - even the extras we had put in that evening when we arrived. The paperwork was handled efficiently and Dawn had everything ready for us to sign. Stefano synced our phones and showed us tips on setting up a lot of the options. I would highly recommend this dealership. Who knows when the 14 MDX comes out - might have to take another look.

Mustafa Nasr is the most professional salesman I have met in a long time. We handled the sale of my new RDX over phone/email and knowing my time constraints, the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived to finalize the sale. He patiently set up all the necessary functions in the new car while I sat there and scratched my head. Dawn in finance was terrific too. I purchased from Criswell because it has been servicing my other Acura for many years and I trust the service dept -- all professionals. Thanks again Mustafa!

Our first introduction to this dealership and Stefano was in Spring 2012. We were interested in purchasing a luxury SUV in 2012 and shopped around and studied the Acura, Lexus, Honda and Toyota SUV's throughout the year. After reading, test driving, studying and researching, we decided the Acura RDX met our needs and working with Stefano and Lamont was wonderful. They did not give us a hard time and accommodated us and met out negotiating goals. It was an awesome experience and I would recommend working with this dealership anytime. They are fair and made us feel like they were genuinely looking out for our interest.

My husband and I are very selective when it comes to purchasing cars and finding both a dealership and a car that meets our standards is
quite difficult. We were very fortunate to find this combination when we purchased our Acura RDX at Criswell Acura in Annapolis. The staff at this dealer was very helpful from the test drive to signing the purchase papers. Not being impulsive buyers, it took a few return trips and two test drives to determine this was the car we wanted to own and with each interaction with the staff, we realized this dealer truly cares about the customer and his/her needs. I was especially impressed with Lamont (the manager) and Angela A. (our salesperson) with regards to all the specifics associated with purchasing this car. I have since been back to experience the first maintenance visit and was happy with the attention afforded to me and my car. They even addressed a concern I had about the leather seats and took care of the problem that day. I recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in quality, professional customer care and great vehicles!

This was the most pleasant, low key new car purchase that I have ever made. After I met with Mustafa one evening to show my wife the new RDX, it took a day or so to make a decision. During that time, I was never pestered or hassled in any way. When we were ready, I called him for some final arrangements. A few hours later, it was done. Too cool. Mustafa was very professional and calm in his approach. Not at all "salesman like". I did appreciate that. Also, Miss Dawn was a pure joy to deal with in the finance arena. I would recommend them to anyone I know for a new/used vehicle purchase.

Stefano was very helpful and accommodating. When a club membership (USAA/AAA) was pointed out, Stefano quickly sought to make sure our quoted price reflected these discounts. Very professional. Also, we let him know up front we did not want all the bells, whistles, add-on's, service contracts, etc., and unlike other dealerships he honored that request. This is one reason why we do not do business at those dealerships. Overall, very satisfied with the visit and sale.
