My Review of Criswell Acura:
I have come to absolutely trust John Rokos and the Criswell Acura folks with the maintenance and well-being of my 1996 Acura RL. The car has nearly 200K miles on it, and I've only had it serviced with them. I go to them for all my service and maintenance needs; I implicitly trust John with my car and every aspect of it. He's a consummate professional, and I value his analysis and insight. Very good person to work with; quick, accurate, and informed. He always keeps me up to date on the status of my car. A real pleasure to work with in the automotive industry.

My Review of Criswell Acura:
We had a very pleasant buying experience. The salesman, Alan Hannon, was genuinely interested in getting us the best deal. The dealership is very clean and nice and the staff was all very accommodating. The quality and features of the MDX - sold itself and I am very happy with it. Alan spent a great deal of his time going over all of the awesome features this vehicle offers and told us to call him anytime with questions.

John has consistently provided a knowlegeable and friendly environment to service my car. He is an exemplary gentleman and absolutely trustworthy; he has NEVER hyped up a service need in order to create more revenue. I absolutley trust him with every aspect of my car.

My Review of Criswell Acura:
I bought my 2002 Acura MDX at another area dealership. While their salesman took excellent care of me, their location as too far to travel for service. I switched to Criswell Acura about 6 years ago and have been a steady customer ever since. Service Consultant John Rokos has been my "pit boss" almost from the beginning. He is always available, and has provided excellent responsiveness and no-nonsense technical advice. Dealer prices are typically higher than you would find at an independent auto shop, but Criswell's work is always reliable and I cannot recall ever having a problem.

My Review of Criswell Acura:
Our RSX was involved in a collision with a deer. After contacting our insurance company we contacted Criswell Colision Center. Kevin was most helpful in getting the car in and out expediently and they were most efficient in dealing with the insurance adjuster. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and professional and their facility is beautiful- not an adjective which would ordinarily be used for a body shop! The works appears to be flawless- almost looks like a new car again. Thanks to all!

My Review of Criswell Acura:
I was very impress with the EXCELLENT customer service I recived. Bob McDonald and Lamont Randell was very patient with me and made sure that I got everything I wanted in my 2010 Acura TL at the price that was comfortable for the both of us. I was amazed at how fast the finance department was in getting me in and out. Very painless and very little paperwork. My overall time in getting everything done (including showing the features of the car) was 2 hours. I'm definitly referring all my friends and co-workers to Criswell Acura of Annapolis!!

My experience in the service department was very enjoyable. The place was clean and the service was very efficient and courteous.The coffee and pastries were delightful.The complimentary car was greately appreciated also.They gave me a call the day after my service to see if my service visit satisfactory.

Alan was great !!! The Dealership was outstanding from the moment I stepped out of my car. Didn't tell him I already owned a TSX before we began to try and buy the TL. He would have known why we were back. Now that I have two Acura's, unfortunately, I should only be back for service.

Customer service is always excellent. Waiting environment is comfortable. Chris always goes the extra mile to ensure good service and pricing. A phone call is generally received the next day to inquire about the service received and if there were any problems or concerns

I have been to several different Acura dealerships and the Criswell dealership in Annapolis, MD is my favorite by far. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My concerns are always answered in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. It is a pleasure doing business with Criswell Acura and with Chris Thomas in particular. He consistently provides superior customer service and is an asset to the Criswell team. I highly recommend the Criswell dealership!
