Amazing experience with J-Star and their staff! My wife and I have never encountered such A positive environment while purchasing a vehicle. At first they were very welcoming getting me in the door to buy a car. Surprisingly my salesperson was sick when I flew in out of state to buy the vehicle. So I dealt with Tim the sales manager. After walk to buy a car. Surprisingly my salesperson was sick when I flew in out of state to buy the vehicle. So I dealt with Tim the sales manager. After walking out the door with the keys it was a long nightmare getting ahold of anyone regarding my title. It took almost two months for them to send it to the financing company. I called them multiple times trying to get ahold of either dawn or tim. They were always gone. No one would return my calls or texts. I finally got ahold of tim and asked why it has taken 2 months to get a copy of my title so I could register it in my state. His reply "I don't know if you're aware of this, but there's a pandemic going on". As if that's any excuse to put something in the mail. I read the reviews on this place and should have known better but I wanted to give it a shot. I found my perfect car. I wanted to make it work. If you want to know what kind of people and dealership this is.... read how they respond to this review and others. That let's you know everything. Worth the hassle? No. Get the car I'd been searching months for? Yes. Could I have found it somewhere else with a better sales group? Definitely yes. 1 star dealership with 4 star cars. Take your chances. More

Not Ready We talked and they asked if we could come up that day for the truck. We told them that we could get there the next day around noon and they said ok a We talked and they asked if we could come up that day for the truck. We told them that we could get there the next day around noon and they said ok and that it would be ready. We texted the next morning around 9 am and asked when we would be there we stated before noon and that it was a 2 hour drive. Again, they stated ok, it will be fueled, washed and ready. We arrive shortly before noon. The trade in and finance went quickly say 20-30 minutes, they said they had to fuel the vehicle.. It then took over an hour to fuel, wash and put the temp license plate (which they used only 1 screw in the front so it was basically just hanging there). There was also an issue with the EloGPS, that the unit was defective and they had to replace it. (Might have bought to check that out earlier?) Only one person there worn a mask and there were no wipes. More
