When I pulled in to the service department Dean Block was ready to handle my service request. He was polite, professional, and gave you a good feel about who was taking care of my car. The dealership is always bright, clean and has the feeling of good friends looking after your vehicle. The waiting room is always clean and makes you feel like you are sitting in your living room. When my car was ready Dean told me what they fixed and what to do if I have the same issues again with the Bluelink system.
