They pretend to be on the computer finding lowest rate when indeed there looking for the best rate to give them the biggest kick back. I delt with the interest hike because I really wanted the SUV. So I purchased the SUV and 6 days later the service engine light came on. Went out of my way to bring vehicle in and was told something concerning the cooling system. They fixed it. The next morning the Service Engine light came on again, I went out of my way once again to bring the car in and was to the TRANSMISSION was dead and that it had to be replaced. I wanted to give the car back and have no further dealings with those crooks. They told me they could only switch the SUV out for something else out on their lot. Not realizing that I had already called the loan provider "the bank" and let them know that I had been sold a lemon. They immediately made a stop payment on the dealership " CarVision" check and told me to return the SUV right away. When I returned the owner told me that I could not return the SUV because they were going to fix the TRANSMISSION and became quit rude and aggressively overbearing. Not until I informed him that I had already spoken with the bank, did the owner release me from the deal and handed me the keys to my trade in. Worst car buying experience for sure... More

DO NOT PAY FOR GAP COVERAGE! I have purchased two trucks off car vision. My first truck was totaled while it was parked in a parking lot 10 days after I bought it. That was Decemb I have purchased two trucks off car vision. My first truck was totaled while it was parked in a parking lot 10 days after I bought it. That was December 27 2014. 10 months later I still have not gotten my gap insurance. They gave me the runaround since the accident. Whatever you do do not fall for the gap insurance it is a rip off. I purchased the gap insurance through car vision and then when I needed assistance they gave me someone else to call. Once that lead to nowhere car vision said it wasn't their problem. Sad thing is this is not a bad dealership and I might've bought another vehicle through them however I feel taken advantage of by this GAP nonsense. More
