Dean was really great throughout the entire process of buying my son his first car. He kept in constant contact and was very accommodating with negotiation, setting up financing and even staying late sin buying my son his first car. worst buying experience I've had. They actually said they lost my deposit and then parked a car in front of my vehicle so I could not leave until they found it so frustrating it too They actually said they lost my deposit and then parked a car in front of my vehicle so I could not leave until they found it so frustrating it took five hours for the transaction and I came with cash that they would not accept had something to do with the bank not making enough money for them. So weird definitely will never go back there thank you for asking oh and by the way they said they were gonna pick me up from 5 miles away to return the rental car I used and they did not follow through with that and I had to take an Uber which added another hour to the process so frustrated don't like it when people don't do what they say. More
