salesman was great, Finance was pushy with their effort to sell extended warranty programs, TOO persistent trying to sell you one even after many suggestions to move past that. My experience buying my car with Luis Morales from start to finish was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. In the past I’ve been to dealerships where the car wasn’t ready when expected and was delivered with an empty tank of gas, but not this time ! Full tank of gas, clean car, and paperwork was all ready. Josh helped us learn some of the technology in the car and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t have to sit waiting for hours when I first came in, or when picking up my car ! Thank you Luis ! More
