Auto Park Ford in Bremen has always does such a great job with all of our family's vehicles. I appreciate how they try to do everything they can to get our car in if there is an emergency. The entire staff with all of our family's vehicles. I appreciate how they try to do everything they can to get our car in if there is an emergency. AVOID AVOID Estimate, It was 129.97 just to get a 30min estimate. I had gotten an estimate for the same work at another location in Mishawaka but wanted a sec Estimate, It was 129.97 just to get a 30min estimate. I had gotten an estimate for the same work at another location in Mishawaka but wanted a second opinion my first estimate was of 450.00 this location in charging 900.00 granted mine the 129 I just paid. I would not waist my time here. BIG MISTAKE was not asking or talking to someone about the price, my husband had being there earlier that day and he ask for his brake and other estimate and was not charged for it, maybe be I am a female they charged even the casher said "you should go ask why it is that price" More

Extraordinary You will need a little background information on my self before I tell you about my experience at the Auto Park Ford in Bremen, Indiana. I am a publi You will need a little background information on my self before I tell you about my experience at the Auto Park Ford in Bremen, Indiana. I am a public school employee, that due to the COVID19 virus, will no longer be receiving my regular paycheck until school starts back up. With that being said here is what transpired at my service appointment. I had scheduled a service appointment earlier in the week before I knew that school was going to be closed through May 1st. I went ahead and kept the appointment even though I needed to be careful with spending money. As always the staff was extremely courteous when I checked in. I informed them that I would be waiting on my vehicle in the service waiting area. Soon after that, someone came out and offered to get me something to drink. When my vehicle service was complete, the service manager came out and explained that everything looked good and that the service was “on the house” today. I asked why in a very surprised tone. They said that with everything going on with the schools and the COVID19 virus, it was the least they could do. Mind you, I did not asked for this extremely kind gesture. They did this out of the goodness of their hearts. So to say my service appointment was extraordinary is not an understatement. Thank you Auto Park Ford Bremen. I will definitely be singing your praises!!! More
