He took time to understand our needs and provided excellent suggestions. He not only gave his suggested models but he told us why he thought a particular model was worth considering. He was ver patience and understanding, we never felt pressured or rushed. Regardless of the day or time of day we had a question, he responded promptly. The delivery went extremely well. He took his time and explained everything about the car especially the technology. Even after the delivery, we had questions and he was always there to help. The other reason we came back to Lincoln Honda was the service department. I think they are the best of the best!! There has never been an occasion that anything less than complete satisfaction has resulted. Each visit includes not only a report of what work was accomplished, but the report includes information about work that should be considered in the future. It includes suggestions on ways to increase performance and satisfaction with the car. We have even started taking our second car there for service, which is not a Honda, and receive the same level of service for it as for the Honda. More
