My wife and I went vehicle shopping with the apprehension of high pressure sales and frustrating negotiations. Contrary to our expectation, our sales rep. Debbie Burgess made the purchase experience a refreshing change to what we've typically been through. Debbie was very amiable and helped us work through the decision of making our purchase in a way that made us feel comfortable with our choice. Debbie's post sale follow-up has been genuine as well and we appreciate that she's made herself available if needed. Thank You Debbie! We haven't had a chance to experience Sloane's service/maintenance side yet... will comment when that time comes. More

Debbie was very kind and helpful, and not overbearing as a salesperson. She answered all questions and was able to find out answers for things she was unsure about. She is just starting there and still lear a salesperson. She answered all questions and was able to find out answers for things she was unsure about.
