Was able to book an oil change and diagnostic visit only one day prior. The staff is friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean with free coffee or tea. I especially appreciated the free Uber ride service they offer, which made dropping off and picking up my car incredibly convenient. However, I was a little disappointed that my car wasn't washed after the service. While I understand that not all services include a wash, it's a nice touch that many dealerships offer, and it would have completed the experience. Despite this minor detail, I would still recommend Simpson Chevrolet for their excellent customer service and efficient maintenance. I'll definitely consider returning for future services." More
