I continued on my search for a few weeks, when Dee contacted me with a vehicle that had everything I was looking for. I was impressed he had remembered what I was looking and so thankful he contacted me. Super great Experience with Adele in Financing. My husband is not the chatty type and hates sitting in offices, Adele made his time spent in the office as pleasurable as he could. And that was pretty awesome! We will definitely be going back when we purchase our next vehicle. More

Dee Menon showed us the new features available, and a different style that would suit our needs better than our old F150. He worked out a great deal, and when we talked to the finance manager Matthew Armstrong, he was very friendly and quickly got us through the process without a lot of sales hype. It was a very pleasant experience compared to another dealer closer to home. Anyway, despite being 100 km from home base, it turned out to be a very rewarding experience and well worth the trip. Kudos to the staff at Courtesy Ford Lincoln in London Ontario! More

WOW experience Originally our plan was to purchase a 2017 Nissan Infiniti at the Wharncliff road location but Lincoln was on the way and we decided to stop in. I was Originally our plan was to purchase a 2017 Nissan Infiniti at the Wharncliff road location but Lincoln was on the way and we decided to stop in. I was not a fan of Ford mostly due to stories I have heard in the past but after walking into the dealership my perception completely changed. Our Sales consultant was Dee Menon and he sat down with us to find out what we looked for in a vehicle in order to show us vehicles suited for what we were looking for. He was friendly, personable and extremely professional. He spent a good 2 hours or so with us knowing that our interests were most likely going to be at another dealership. We stumbled across the continental and fell in love, dee took us for a test ride in a few different Lincoln but this one was different. With the great experience we were still set on going to the other dealership. We left and went to the Nissan dealership and the moment we walked in we were left to wait 15 minutes before the sales consultant came out, we told them we wanted to look at the new Infiniti's and were told "if you are only looking for the logo just go with the older model Nissan" , from there we were shown older models and were treated like we could not afford to purchase the vehicle of choice. Not only were we treated poorly the representative was texting and was showing very much disinterest in the whole viewing. We went to cadillac next and although the representative was friendly, Dee Menon is the reason we returned to Lincoln Ford. It was his exceptional service that made us decide to purchase the Lincoln Continental. i can appreciate excellent customer service and we are very happy with our new vehicle!!!!! Thank you so much for making our experience an invaluable one, the other representatives there are all very friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back in the near future to give you more business. Great Friendly Experience and Made Easy! The team at Courtesy Ford in London were very easy to work with. We dealt with Dee and he was very good at explaining all of the small details. There was an issue with the door handles on our new truck. Will in service was prompt to get it fixed and also kept us informed as to the timing. We understand that things could go wrong but the team there was quick to keep us informed and handled it perfectly. 10/10 experience for us. We're a young family and will now go back to Courtesy Ford for our future vehicle purchases based on this experience. Thank you! More
