Started by filling out a lead form online and worked some numbers then went into the dealership. From the moment I walked through the door I did not feel pressured or just another car sale. They delivered a great car buying experience, Dennis delivered over the top customer service from start to finish he was superb and worked with the team to get the car down to the payments I wanted to pay. The car color of the car I was looking for was not at the dealership but they were very accommodating and got the color I wanted. Before driving the car off the lot Dennis went through everything in the car to make sure I knew how to work every feature in the car. When it came time to signing, Mike was very through and answered any and all questions I had. I would recommend Coast Honda for anyone in the market for a new or -pre-owned car they are fantastic to work with!!! More

Good, easy car buying experience! Dennis and Robin and the team at Coast Honda made buying a new car a good experience. I would definitely return to this dealership. Robin emailed me an out the door price for the car and also an out the door price for the car and the accessories I wanted to add. The offer emailed to me was better than AAA and Costco offers so we decided to see what we would get for a trade-in and were happy with that offer. This was long process because our car was ordered so it took a little over two months. Even with the lengthy process, Robin kept me updated on the status of the car and showed me features on a similar car while I waited on delivery. When my Honda finally came in I began dealing with Dennis who was a pleasure to deal with as well. Dennis took us out on a test drive of the actual car we were purchasing and when we confirmed we would go through with the deal he had our add on accessories ordered and installed within two days. When the car was ready for pick up all the paperwork was ready for me to sign. Dennis already had called my insurance company and the financier of my trade-in. I walked in the door, signed a few papers, and then had a thorough introduction to my new car. I was out the door within the hour. Great things about Coast: *All numbers, aside from the trade-in were done online which saved me a lot of time driving to and from the dealership. *The team at Coast were all a pleasure to deal with and they offered me a deal I was happy to accept. *When I had questions, I was given honest answers or they acknowledged the fact they needed to look into my answer a little more. I was at 3 dealerships before I went to coast Honda. Every time I walked through the door at the other places they jumped on me like meat for a starving man. Mind you I am a 24 year old woman who went by herself hoping that I would find one place that made me feel comfortable and despite what people say about car salesmen I knew if I didn't give up I would find an honest one. My dreams came true when I went to coast Honda. I was greeted with kindness and reassurance that I didn't have to make any purchases. They sat with me for hours and answered all my questions with nothing but patience and a smile. They even offered me lunch. There was nothing rough and tough at coast Honda like there was at other dealerships I experienced that were located in north jersey. It was relaxing and knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant. I death with two men. One was named Chris W and the othe Dennis D. I found them to be nothing less than true gentleman. I didn't even buy a car on my first visit but that didn't stop them from showing me support and kindness through this process. They didn't pressure or bother me one bit. They said when I'm ready to come back and that's exactly what I did. I have a beautiful used Honda civic that all my friends believe to be brand new. I have every warrantee imaginable and it came at a very affordable price. To be quite honest now that I found a dealership I trust I will never go somewhere else to buy a car. I'd reccomend them to anyone. If your as nervous about buying a car as I was go to coast Honda. You won't regret it:) I will be back. There are really good people out there...you just have to find them and coast Honda is filled with them. More
