Battery dead/Warranty work My battery died and it was under warranty. I brought it in to Dennis at Dick Norris. Everything was great! Keeping my 2006 Saturn running in TipTop condition Working with Dennis in the Service Department makes bringing me car into the Dealership an easy issue. He keeps my car (with a little over 29,000 mi Working with Dennis in the Service Department makes bringing me car into the Dealership an easy issue. He keeps my car (with a little over 29,000 miles) in great condition - so much so that you guys keep calling me to see if I want to sell it back to you for your "used car lot". Sorry but it is not for sale. I love my Saturn and Dennis makes sure it will serve me well for quite a number of years. When I brought it in this last time it was going to take quite a few hours and Dennis arranged for me to have a loaner car so that I could go ahead and do my errands, food shop, etc.. and not have to sit in the Showroom or have someone drive me home and be stuck there until the service was completed. I trust Dennis implicitly and if he recommends that something needs to be fixed - we fix it. I am truly the "little old lady from Pasadena" (due to its low mileage and the fact that I am retired and only toot around the neighborhood now) and want my Saturn to keep on "tooling along" for many, many years and am confident that your dealership and Dennis will make that happen. More
