Bought a car next day issue already been back multiple times and the latest time was to replace a water pump I get it back drive it a little and those bmw certified mechanics they have (ya right) must hav times and the latest time was to replace a water pump I get it back drive it a little and those bmw certified mechanics they have (ya right) must have forgotten to tighten half the front end back up it’s rattling like crazy and shakes when it starts. Have to go back a 3rd time now and they are 35 min from me so definitely a pissed off customer and would never recommend this place to anyone. I’ve already filed a complaint with the attorney generals office and now this review next I will be talking to the family attorney. Stay far away from this dealer. I’ve never had so many issues with any car deal in my life and I thinks it’s absolutely ridiculous. Chris is a good guy in service I feel bad for him cause he has to deal with the pissed off customers and obviously does not have the mechanics to be working on these cars. More

This is NO way to run a business. I don't know why they don't check the vehicles before showing them to customers. The window wouldn't go up, the oil light was on, the hood wouldn't open, the fuel injection and suspension was of, engine was racing and Alex promised to replace a letter that was missing on the truck and the system reading was stuck on Chinese which I can’t read. never once did they apologize for the issues and when I called Dennis said he had nothing to do with the sales but he was more than happy to take the money. He didn’t even acknowledge me when he walked in the door the morning of. Alex was nice enough to do that. More
