I found this dealer on line and provided my information and interest in purchasing a 2017 Toyota Tundra. Received several emails throughout week and finally made it in on 4/1. I asked for Deno Moore and was directed to his work area. His way of greeting a potential customer was by asking me if I had an appointment with him which made me feel as if he didn't care to give me the time of day. This was not what I expected. The way he asked was even more upsetting. I simply walked away and told him there were other Toyota dealers and informed him I would not do business with a person with such poor Customer Service etiquette. Needless to say, I will purchase my vehicle at another Toyota location. Couldn't select 0 stars therefore went with 1. More
