Service coordinator was great to work with. The fact that I had $7500 in repairs on a truck with 48K miles does not say much for the quality of a Ford product. Journey my service advisor was not only very professional.But she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me and the issues my vehicle was having. She also was knowledgeable professional.But she was very detailed and took the time to explain everything to me and the issues my vehicle was having. She also was knowledgeable in different options I could take on how to proceed with my vehicle. I will gladly take my vehicle back to her if I have any questions or problems in the future. I also want to mention that Darby was also helpful in the process of getting our vehicle fixed! They both were awesome and is the main reason we will come back! More

When I called and talked with Darby and explained my concern about a key and charge I did not need, she simply said, “Well now you have three keys.” This was not an explanation, nor did I feel she heard my concern.
