In this situation I had great service. The service rep was very responsive to the progress of the work, the detail of what was being done, what needed to be done, cost etc. However, I had The service rep was very responsive to the progress of the work, the detail of what was being done, what needed to be done, cost etc. However, I had an appointment and dropped the car off the night before. So the dealership had my vehicle all day Wednesday, Thursday, until end of day Friday. It worked out as we happen to have an extra vehicle to make our home ride arrangements work but had I needed the vehicle sooner rather than later this timeline would have been tough to work through. My understanding was that it was that a "tech" was not able to get to my car to check it for some time. The routine work (oil change and tire rotation was done the first (Wednesday) morning. Good explanation of what was done and what was covered under warranty and what was not but again would have liked it sooner than almost 3 days. More
