Buying a car for my daughter Up on arrival at family Toyota of Burlison we were greeted by their great service manager Chris Bruder because we came in from the service side of t Up on arrival at family Toyota of Burlison we were greeted by their great service manager Chris Bruder because we came in from the service side of the building and he asked what he could help us with I told him I was looking to buy my daughter a new 2018 RAV4 but I did not know which would be the better option of leasing or buying so he hooked me up with a great sales person Derek Herndon which was their lease specialist.. he explain the whole details of why a lease would be better for my daughter then buying straight out and after he sit and explained everything to us it made perfect good sense to me to lease The vehicle.. we had a great experience with the sales department and they're friendly staff at family Toyota of Burlison.. my daughter is so happy with her brand new 2018 RAV4 and I love the car itself because of all the new safety features in this vehicle that will help my daughter be a better driver. Derek Herndon was great and explaining the vehicle and pricing to us I would recommend this place to strangers and friends great atmosphere and great people at this Toyota dealership.. next is a 2018 Toyota Camry for my oldest daughter I will be back..Johnse Hulm More

Great Place, great Experience!!! Enter Derek Herndon. Derek was so Down to Earth,Humanistic and real that we ended up talking about what we were looking for..... He listened to our idea's and even countered them with things we hadn't thought of. Needless to say we decided to go new because for $4K more and better interest rates it was the wiser choice, He laid it all out before our eyes so we could see for ourselves. Great experience, there was No Pressure and through the whole experience we feel like we gained a new family member. We've had some bad experiences with car dealerships that just make your head swirl and a bottle of aspirin sound great. This wasn't one of those and when my wifes car is paid for and it's my time I won't hesitate to give Derick a call especially since he's now in my phonebook!!!! More
