I came in to purchase a used car that I fell in love with. Not only was the finance manager I worked with (Vijay) absolutely wonderful, efficient, and thorough, the service department was extremely help with. When I returned to finally get a receipt for the work, the sec Mgr just said OK many times even after I showed the old panel. No explanation, no apologies no attempt to win me back. I would give this service dept a 0 star review if I could. Always have been terrible with communication. I ALWAYS have to call or show up to get an update on my vehicle that ive brought each in count could. Always have been terrible with communication. Took a week for my car to go from this shop to the dealership, then couldn't get a follow up call until I call a week later after it came back. On my Journey, got quoted $3,700 for a new TIPM, when that wasnt even the problem. It was a bad ignition coil that I bought for $60 and replaced myself in 5 minutes. This shop is clueless and provides terrible customer service. More
