If I could give it a negative I would, Manger was very rude when confronted with an issue. The guy taking the car was a total sleaze ball trying to pull a fast one, had no option but to pay for something rude when confronted with an issue. Worse experience of my life. If you’re going in for regular maintenance like brakes oil etc.. then I’m sure you’re experience seems nice but anything more then that, they will try and phuck you over from the mechanic doing unnecessary work, and the manger justifying the time waisted and me having to pay. Only name I remember is Roy seems nice but will not return phone calls unless it had something to do with payment. My experience was very unpleasant, I would not recommend getting any serious work done cause you could find a certified mechanic that will not try and pull a fast one on you like at Hoffman Lexus. Negative 5 if it was possible More

When I arrived at Hoffman Lexus for service Sarah Gagnon, service advisor noted that my reservation had not been communicated. She was extremely patient and accommodating and scheduled my car in for Gagnon, service advisor noted that my reservation had not been communicated. My wife and I got a good deal on the new car we wanted, but there were some issues with some of the new technology. Met with the tech specialist and resolved most but not the major issue. He promised to fi but there were some issues with some of the new technology. Met with the tech specialist and resolved most but not the major issue. He promised to find a fix and get back in touch ASAP. Over the next 9 days he ignored 4 texts and the salesman never responded to phone messages. At that point I contacted another dealer and the problem was fixed within 15 minutes over the phone. I’ll be going to another dealer for continuing service. More
