Customer Service via FaceTime I contacted Roswell Infiniti after not having much luck with my local Infiniti dealership. I live several hours from Atlanta, so I was a little reluc I contacted Roswell Infiniti after not having much luck with my local Infiniti dealership. I live several hours from Atlanta, so I was a little reluctant about settling on a car via telephone and then arriving there and possibly be disappointed. I found the Q50 Sport I liked @ Roswell Infiniti and contacted their general sales department. I was very clear about what I wanted and what my payments needed to be. The sales guy I was routed to was Rusty Rabia. Rusty went above and beyond to not only make sure I was happy with my car but that I didn't veer away from my original expectations. He lined up several different options and FaceTimed me to show some potential vehicles. I narrowed it down to 2 options. I flew down to Atlanta and planned to drive my vehicle back. Beginning at 8 am that day, Rusty contacted me and made sure I was still happy with our plan. I arrived at Roswell Infiniti around 11 am and Rusty was waiting at the curb to open my door. He had the 2 vehicles ready to go. I quickly chose the vehicle I wanted, signed the papers and was out the door in a short amount of time. Financing exactly where I wanted it and Derrick was patient and very thorough! Even after the sale was complete, Rusty contacted me that evening to make sure I had made it home okay. Hands down the best car buying experience! Roswell Infiniti has a customer for life! More

It was an experience we had not been through in years and they made it enjoyable!! ( The last new car we purchased was in 2006!) They were all kind, professional & extremely patient!! We dealt with both Derrick Baker & Wendell Collins -- both extremely helpful ( & just nice guys) The "other Derrick" who was in the finance department was one of the most "patient" men I've ever met as he had a lot of questions to answer !! Both my husband & I would highly recommend this dealership!! More

My salesman explained all of the different features and even made sure I was asking all the right questions! I never felt rushed or pressured. I have owned 67 cats (62 of them new) and never once have I negotiated a purchase with a woman. My sales representative (Stephanie) was clearly well trained and brought a different perspective to the discussion. Very professional and to the point. I'm not sure how many more cars I have left in be but I'll return to Stephanie if she's still there. If not, I'll probably seek out a female sales person due to this great experience. More

I walked into Roswell Infiniti Saturday, 9/17/2916 after speaking with Bill Gray and Derrick still undecided whether or not I would continue with the I walked into Roswell Infiniti Saturday, 9/17/2916 after speaking with Bill Gray and Derrick still undecided whether or not I would continue with the brand. My lease on my 2014 Q60 was coming to an end and I was considering going a different direction completely. The three of us did discuss what might be the best options for me and I agreed to test drive a 2016 Q50. I thought I would never go back to a sedan. Wrong! I loved the car. I enjoyed driving it, the handling, the way it hugs curves, the technology, the aesthetics. Everything! I read a review that described the Q50 as "slinky". I agree. So now I am driving my sixth, yes sixth Infiniti. Four including my new Q50 came from Roswell Infiniti. I had fun driving with Bill and I was glad he took the time to walk me through all of the technology. I still have a lot to lean but I am enjoying it so far. Thanks everyone for an enjoyable experience and my beautiful new ride! More

Refreshments were wel stocked with a great variety. Jamie Miller is outstanding. He takes the time to listen and talk with me. I'm a car guy so I speak car shop. This is why I love Roswell Infiniti. Will be back for sure and would recommend you to anyone for service or sales. I have worked with Derrick Baker and Wendell in service too. Derrick is like family and Wendell was great to work with.
