Buyer be aware. "As is" means "As is". I wish I could do a half star after this experience. I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I l "As is" means "As is". I bought a used 2018 truck less than a month ago, and as soon as I left the dealership, a vibration occurred and stayed the same over a certain mph. Unfortunately, when the test drive occurred, I ended up being right under this paticular mph which I felt nothing. I called back a day or two later after I went through every diagnosis I could. All I was told was that they did the so called "99 point inspection" which they sent to me after this complaint. That inspection isn't as good as the piece of paper it was typed on. Now, the truck has to have a transmission. Wow, it could have lasted at least a month or two before it came up. All they could say is, it is yours. Man, what some customer service. As long as they get the sell. It must be nice to check tire pressure, fluids, and a bunch of nuts to see if they were tight and call it an inspection. If you decide to go here to by a vehicle, bring your own personal mechanic to do the inspection. I hope you all enjoy your commission. More

I dealt with 3 other dealerships while trying to purchase my vehicle. I was on a very tight timeline and the other dealers were stringing me along and were being quite dishonest about arrival/delivery dates. my vehicle. Speedway Ford was up front, willing to negotiate, and had my vehicle ready with the requested add on within 3 days. The whole process could not have gone any better, especially during these low inventory times. I highly recommend the Speedway Team! My only complaint is the sticker price, but that is across the board with every brand. Speedway was willing to negotiate and I’m ultimately comfortable with what we paid based on the market. More
