His salesmanship and supportiveness in the car I was looking for was nothing short of superlative. In addition, Ms. Heather Price was absolutely marvelous in the very informative, friendly manner in which she answered all questions and concerns regarding the Southern Hospitality package that comes with buying the vehicle. Ms. Ludy Jackson was simply instrumental in the friendly, accommodating manner in which she answered my questions over the phone days before coming to pick out a car. I am so very glad that we chose this Kia dealership to come to. More

Upside down trade I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I no I came to Derrick with an upside trade in, thinking I would not get a new vehicle or even used one, but by the grace of GOD, he worked it out and I now have a brand new 2018 Kia Optima!!!! The process took about a day and a half, a lot of paperwork, but it was worth it. I will continue to go to him. He didn’t make me feel bad about my situation or even talk down to me like I was stupid, he is amazing!!! A blessing from above!!! Now I have a beautiful new car, with a very NICE WARRANTY and no worries about maintenance, thank you so much Southern Kia and more so Derrick!! My new year started out great!! More

My thanks to mr. Burns Mr. Burns went out of his way to ensure that my granddaughter in-law kept her car.
