We traveled quite a distance to speak with Jose at Imperial after seeing a vehicle online that we were interested in. We were worried about pushy sales people because we had a few other dealerships to Imperial after seeing a vehicle online that we were interested in. We were worried about pushy sales people because we had a few other dealerships to go to that day, but Jose was great, he was friendly, funny and professional at the same time. He listened to us, got the trade in offer we were hoping for and we left with a great vehicle that same day! Finishing the paper work with Desiree and going over warranty options also made us feel at ease, she was not pushy about purchasing anything extra, that is something that we really appreciated!
