I also worked with Ricky in the finance department and all I can say is he went above and beyond what I ever expected from a dealership! He is extremely personable and helped me work through some different options to get to the payment I wanted. In the end, it was the best possible experience I could have imagined. I would not recommend anyone to buy a used car from Bozard. We bought two at same time, granted not Fords, but both vehicles had hidden codes on them. Engineer light came on 2 days after purchasing. Absolutely horrible experience and will never do business with again. The last manager we were sent to assured us he would watch over everything and make it right.
