After finding a car I was interested in online, Espy Hernandez helped me in the purchase of a Honda Passport Elite. Once it arrived, the vehicle was prepped and all paperwork was completed and we were out the door and on the road with our new vehicle in less than 2 hours. We had an amazing experience working with Alex Ho, aka my favorite Ho at Honda Ft Worth Dealership. From start to finish, he was hands down the best car salesman we’ve ever dealt with. He’s personable, funny, and genuinely easy to talk to, which made the whole process actually enjoyable. What really stood out is that he’s not your typical pushy, sleazy salesman trying to tack on a bunch of unnecessary add ons. Instead, he was transparent and helpful, walking us through different pricing options based on various down payments and clearly explaining interest rates so we could make the best decision for our new vehicle. There was none of the usual back and forth with a manager, everything felt straightforward and honest. The Honda Fort Worth dealership itself was also welcoming and one of the nicest dealerships we’ve visited. When it came time for financing, my husband said it was the easiest experience he’s ever had at a dealership and it was quick, smooth, and completely hassle free. If you’re looking for someone who will treat you like a real person and not just a sale, ask for my favorite Ho, Alex Ho. More

I have been purchasing cars from HOFW since 2003. They provide excellent service from my service advisor, Manny Martinez. My salesman whom I use is Donnie Muennink. My experience with Dhruv, the finance manager at Honda Fort Worth, was extremely disappointing. His customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. Fort Worth, was extremely disappointing. His customer service is unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire process frustrating and unpleasant. Instead of assisting and guiding, he came across as dismissive and careless. Working with him felt like a complete waste of time and energy. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, I strongly recommend avoiding Dhruv altogether. More

We purchased a 2025 Honda Ridgeline RTL on 5/21/2025. We had a great experience with Richard, our salesman. He was very professional, attentive and responsive prior to, during and since our purchase. However, Richard was the end of our great service. The Finance Manager, Dhruv, seemed in a hurry to finish the sale, quickly went through the paperwork and it was one signatue after the other. After returning home, he had sent us some of the paperwork. However, we found that he had NOT sent us all the signed paperwork, no information on the addl service contract and club plus he added that we really did not want . He told us that we could cancel it but would have to wait 6 months to cancel both. After calling MPP myself, I was advised that within the first 30 days, it could be cancelled at any time for a full refund. That has been initiated and we should be getting that refund soon. Geez, another lie. He told us we had the Lojack and that we would receive an email to set it up- that they had thrown it into the deal - and charged us for the addl service because it was the best deal for us. I contacted him by phone and email requesting that he send the invite for LoJack, as per LoJack's instructions to us. We still do not know if we have the LoJack. Nothing. I left message for the Finance Director to call me on several occasions with no response of any kind. I then left a couple message for the General Sales Manager to call me. No reply. I have left two messages for the General Manager (top dog) to call me. Still have not received a response from anyone. I would deal with Richard again if he left and went to another dealership but I will NEVER deal with Honda of Ft. Worth again. More
