I have bought 2 new vehicles in the last three months from Diane in the Internet Dept at Landmark Ford. Diane helped me find the car I wanted and had all the paperwork ready to go. I spent no more than 1 hour in the dealership from test driving one day and signing paperwork a couple days later. For the other vehicle, I spent most of my day in the dealership with her trying to find the exact vehicle I wanted. She even helped to expedite the transaction so I could take advantage of incentives that were expiring that night. This was our second vehicle purchase at landmark. The first was a new vehicle. This one was a used one. They gave us more than we expected on our trade in.
