Toyota Kolosso dealership did not act honestly at all. It presented the car indoor with two dents, only after i signed the purchase contract. Two undisclosed dents in a new car! The dents were not visible at full sunlight. You blocked the complete repair at my satisfaction as you promised, and you treated me absolutely bad abd unfairly when i return to request the full repair. The sales manager never ever showed and put me in contact with a fearful person with no decision power who ultimately apologized for the nightmare. Your incompetent technician was called and he said he was 100% confident it was not repairable, which was a lie. I complained to Toyota Corporate and have an open complaint against your awful dealership. That is when the car was 100% satisfactorily repaired by Smart Toyota in Madison, a real great Toyota dealership. You said the bad initial repair was good for you. You called the next day after you agreed to make the final repair. You have no word. I have finally repaired the car completely despite your blocking decision. You have no word. You will cheat customers if you can. You will cheat them even after you promised a fair repair. Toyota Kolosso is the worst dealership in Madison. Toyota corporate is being dishonored by this bad dealer. It doesn’t deserve to have its brand associated with it.

We apologize for your poor experience. We understand your frustration, however sometimes it takes longer to diagnose an issue than to actually fix it. And on top of that, once the problem is diagnosed the customer does not always authorize the repair---hence the charges for estimates. I am not familiar with your specific case, but it sounds like you did receive a refund. We apologize that this was not handled better.

So sorry that you were not treated as well as you should have been. There are times when the sales staff is very busy, and other times when we are somewhat short staffed. (lunch time might be one of those times) We do have a receptionist in the front near the door. It is part of her job to find help for customers. Unfortunately, she doesn't leave her desk very often, so she wouldn't likely see you sitting in a vehicle. Customers do come to her to request assistance all the time. Again, so sorry that you were not greeted promptly.

Well she saw me walk in and didn’t try to say anything. And she definitely saw me in the vehicle. It was an open trunk in direct line of sight to her desk. I watched several sales people, specifically Gary, stand at the front desk waiting for someone to help. I was willing to sit down with anyone who came up and buy two cars on the spot. You can’t just use excuses to reason for bad workers
