I had the WORST buying experience there. They did not disclose that the new car had TWO DENTS in the chrome trim that under the sun were not noticeable. After signing the purchase, they brought it and we disclose that the new car had TWO DENTS in the chrome trim that under the sun were not noticeable. After signing the purchase, they brought it and we pointed out the dents. They assured me that they would fix it. The car was serviced in Madison and they had to pull the part from another new car, so the part didn’t line up with the juncture and looks bad. I returned yesterday from Madison and they treated me so bad, so disrespectfully and pressured me to accept the damage and bad repair in a very dismissing way. And I just bought a new car!!! This should never had to happen if it had a full inspection and if the damage was disclosed to me. They cheated then and they cheat now when they do NOT want to fix the chrome part to my entire satisfaction. They are pushing and manipulating the situation so I had to accept that a new car that I bought only 4 days ago came damaged. The sales manager Dick deMuth is so rude and dismissive that it is painful to know i purchased something from him. My family bought and leased three cars from Toyoya with great experience. But the treatment and dishonesty from Kolosso Toyota was the WORST experience in my life. They neither deserve your money nor your trust at all. I am taking this case to the highest levels of consumer relations at corporate Toyota. Don’t buy from these people, no good people. More

Mike Keller helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I walked in with hopes to get a new 2021 Venza and drove off the lot with one the same day! To get the refund I had to make phone calls and send emails to the service department, and business manager. I even mailed via USPS a letter to the business manager. Finally Dick DeMuth answered my email after at least a month had gone by. After negotiating with him for 2 weeks via answering machines, he sent me my refund ($73.35) I am very disgusted with Kolosso Toyota. I feel that when estimates for damages are given you should not be charged for them. I feel this WHOLE matter was handled very, very poorly by the dealership. I walked into the dealership at 12:15. I looked at the different vehicles on the showroom floor, specifically the Venza.
