My overall experience was great! Pat was able to find me the car I purchased while we were text driving a different one. He was super eager to help me find my first car to purchase myself without being push the car I purchased while we were text driving a different one. He was super eager to help me find my first car to purchase myself without being pushy. He was able to answer all of my questions and ones I didn't even know I would have had. He was even able to walk me me through the banking process and which of my options would look better the lender. More

Mike is incredibly patient. My teething infant cried throughout the whole test drive and pretty much the entire purchase of the vehicle. He never once let on that he was bothered or annoyed by it and as throughout the whole test drive and pretty much the entire purchase of the vehicle. He never once let on that he was bothered or annoyed by it and assured me that, as a parent himself, he's been there. For that alone I give him 5 stars, but he is also a very thorough salesman and made sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle and had all my questions answered before sending me off in my new car. 10/10 would recommend.
