The entire experience was average compared to luxury car dealerships. Sales department was inconsistent in their initial price offer vs the final price paid on the day of sale. Our family had such a terrible experience at this dealer. First time we went, we were trying to buy a car but we were not yet living in the country - a long story. We didn’t realize we needed to have the car delivered soon after purchase - we couldn’t “hold” it. But the man who “helped” us didn’t bother to tell us that either. For an hour. We wasted that time just sitting there for no reason. To finally be told, “yeah you can’t buy a car now and get it in a month”. Ok. Should have learned our lesson. When we did actually move to the US, we called in advance to see if they had the car we wanted, which they said they did. We took an Uber there with our daughter (we had no car at the time) - when we got there they told us they didn’t have it. So no way we could leave the lot with it. A wasted Uber and a lot of wasted and difficult time with a small child. They gave us the runaround with price and back and forth and back again. We finally gave in to all the extra costs they added on top of the price we agreed to. And we were told we needed to come back to pick it up after the DMV stuff was handled. Ok. This was already about two hours of our time (plus another Uber ride) with my three year old daughter having to sit there the whole time. But when my husband went back when they said it was ready, he waited another three hours!! Three hours due to their incompetence. Insane. I would NEVER. EVER. go here again. Ever. I have never been treated with such disregard and blatant manipulation. And now that I’ve had a different experience elsewhere I know that it doesn’t have to be like that to buy a car. end of story. More

Aside this minor item, all the rest was a very good experience: They met our request for a specific and well-itemized "price-car out of their doors" deal, vehicle was in impeccable condition as we arrived for pick-up and the "papering" was all done in two short 15-20 mins. sessions. Particularly noteworthy was Damion's decisiveness in getting us the very special exterior and interior colors/trips we wanted - and impressive was Ahmadou's and Cheerie's always prompt attention and almost immediate call-backs or E-mails. An extra special Thank You and Well Done belongs to Ahmado: all written specs so that we had the correct vehicle/accessories/features/price elements were delivered to us on a "same day" basis - his client service at pick-up was truly outstanding, particularly supporting the set-up of the vehicle software and configuring two sets of smart phones so that all bluetooth and Toyota Entune/Safety features were enabled on our first 100 yards out of their dealership lot. More
