Rather than guiding us to the most expensive model, or something outside of our means, Scott and the team at Don Herring made sure we received the best deal for what we could offer. Scott is hilarious, a joy to be around, and very personable. The rest of the team, including the general manager, whose name I am misplacing currently, made the process easy to understand and helped us feel confident in our investment. Again, I did not feel sold too. Rather, it felt like a conversation about cars, and we ended up with a great deal. We plan to drive the Mitsubishi Mirage SE until the wheels fall off. But it’s amazing to know that Scott and the team will have our backs for the ride. Thank you for the experience and thank you for not being the typical car salespeople! More

He worked very hard to give me the best offer and to leave confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Don Herring Mitsubishi. I was treated like a valued client from the minute I entered their building. Scott made the experience personal rather than treating me as just another person interested in a new vehicle. His personality shines through his commitment to Mitsubishi but at the same time to realise his customer receives the best possible outcome of their visit to his showroom. His follow-up in the days after I went home with my new car made me feel that Mitsubishi/Don Herring/Scott wanted my decision to purchase a new car to be a memorable and safe buying experience. I'm sure all the sales personnel are as committed but having the luck to have Scott was a bonus as far as I am concerned. Making such a serious commitment as a new car was enhanced but his caring, professional, fun personality. I am so happy from start to finish with my decision to choose Don Herring North Mitsubishi. I was helped to make this decision with my telephone conversations from the UK in anticipation of needing to find a dealership that had a caring ethos rather that just concerned with selling/repairing vehicles. He knew Scott Fickert because he had bought Mitsubishi Highlander from him. When I mentioned to Scott that I want compact car with good mileage. he showed me Mitsubishi Mirage. He shared with me all the positives and let me take it for a test drive. It was a great experience and I immediately decided to buy it. I got a text from Scott stating that if I have any trouble in anything, he is here to help me. Then I went to him to him to set up my GPS. He has been a great help and has always welcomed me if I have any questions! More
