I went to the Buick GMC in Parma when the last owner had it. I thought I'd try it now that Spitzer is the owner epically from my excellent expirence at the Amherst Chevorlet Spitzer sake and service departm it. It has been over 20 years since I went the Parma Buick GMC. It will be a lot longer before I go there again. The attitude that I got was that the people in the service department was they could care less wheather I brought my business there or not. So Ill be going back to Joyce Buick GMC for service on my 2022 Terrain. It's unfortunate. Parma Buick GMC is 10 minutes from home and Joyce is 35 minutes from my home. More
