Can I question the part about “honest effort”. Tell me what honest effort was put forth? I want to settle amicably but Don did not. Especially not concerned about the customer experience. I traveled 8 hours round trip and did not expect this outcome. I believe if customer experience is important because you are employee owned dealership. We could have negotiated some full or partial settlement
