My family and I have purchased over 10 vehicles from Seeger Toyota in St. Louis, MO. The management, sales, and service at Seeger Toyota are unmatched by any other dealership I have ever dealt with. Andy Seeger, Tim Douglas, Ed Benton, Marc Wright, and Don Norath are the best. THESE people care about their customers and will go to the end of earth to find you the car of your dreams. Quick and easy process. We came in with a car and a price in mind and both expectations were met. The waiting room for the finiancing was perfect. My children were able to play in the glass play room without disrupting anyone (including us:)) The drinks and snacks that were made available made the wait time go by quickly and pleasurably. No one bogged us down with unneccesary discussions. I really liked the process since it was so quick and everyone was nice and accommodating.

I came to Seeger to look at a PT Cruiser convertible that I saw on-line. When I got to Seeger, Marc Wright directed me to the used car section and introduced me to Ray Berry. I want to tell you that I think Ray is got to be the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He was such a kind caring person and was not pushy to get me to buy this car at all. If I am ever looking to buy a car in the future - I hope Ray is still there to work with - he is a gem! Also, I, so far, love my new used car!!

We first met Sales Consultant Harvey Co at the St. Louis auto show. He was very helpful and informative and continued to stay in touch with us by phone and e-mail. We later spent about 2 hours during our test drive, and again Harvey explained all the bells and whistles on the 2013 Sienna, without the high pressure sales approach. On February 22, 2013 we completed a deal with Harvey and Sales Manager Ed Benton. Had it not been for Harvey Co's persistence, salesman and generally good personality, we would have conducted our business at the Toyota dealer about 10 minutes from our home rather than drive 35 minutes to Seeger Toyota.

This is my first time purchasing a car from Seeger Toyota. Jay Clark was my salesperson; he was very friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. Jay explained everything about the new car clearly upon delivery. But it would be nice to take delivery of the car indoors under well lit conditions to facilitate examination of the vehicle, instead the car was outside and the temperature was a little cold late in the day to be standing around looking at the car. Also, I did not like waiting 2 ½ months for the car to arrive.

We went to this dealer because of the good score on this site. This is probably the best car buying experience that we have had. Marc is great. He was helpful and very accommodating to work with our schedules. The price and trade in was very fair and we would certainly buy from Seeger Toyota again.

Jay and Don were terrific. No pressure, just lots of information and a great tour of what is available and what fit my budget. Jay spent hours with my wife and I, explaining the features of the car, teaching us the features (especially the bluetooth phone hookup, very cool). He even sync'd up both of our phones to the car when we took delivery. Don did a great job of walking us through the financing. Again, no pressure, just explained what was available, what things cost and what we were qualified for. It may be a while, but next time I am looking to buy a car Seeger will be where I start.
