Buying a car is usually an unpleasant and contentious experience. My experience with Don Wilhelm was the exact opposite. Everything was transparent, fair and efficient. My experience was a nightmare. Don Wilhelm was deceitful and incompetent. Don told me my car had options it does not. He told me the exact opposite of the difference between the Avalon Limited and Touring and incompetent. Don told me my car had options it does not. He told me the exact opposite of the difference between the Avalon Limited and Touring. He gave me a registration for the car with the wrong Vin# and when I went back he told me don't worry about it, the cops won't look that closely at it. He also told me he couldn't sell my Sentra for more than $14,000. but it was listed at $19,600. Since Don is such a high volume salesperson, nothing was ever done and never so much as an apology. Once the sale was over he ghosted me. I had to go through Sebastian and Ben for all communications for the problems after the sale. More
