With his effort this was the easiest car purchase yet for me. No pressure or upsells, just quick straightforward service from beginning to end. He was was engaged and tuned into my needs of seeking a new Toyota Venza. I was very lucky to be able to test drive one and eventually lease it the same day! Don walked me through the process with ease and showed me all the ins and out with this vehicle. I also worked with Ayiad and Jon who assisted with finalizing my lease. They both were a pleasure to work with as well and we’re very patient and knowledgeable, which helped to put me at ease. This is my 4th toyota vehicle and never expected the process to be so quick, clear and easy to navigate the process. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking to purchase/lease. I was happy with how quickly the car came in. Don was able to pull some strings to get me the exterior color I wanted. A couple things had to be installed after it was delivered to the dealership and Don got it done quickly and it was ready for pick-up a couple days later. He also spent time going over all of the interior features in the car, which was very helpful. More
