One thing was negative was that customers who used credit cards for payment were charged an extra fee. that is very unusual at brand name car dealer service!

My service advisor for my oil change was Mitch, he was
very helpful and very knowledgeable . I really like the way he approached.me a big smile. Also I had a chipped on my windshield and Mitch called and
