awesome staff where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my where can I start after bringing my 2005 Cadillac xxx in for service to donna because of my engine light on two days later I receive a call stating my vehicle was ready after waiting a few moments for my vehicle an advisor told me my vehicle was just damaged in the dealership parklot, first I was a little distraught after hearing it because I didn't expect anything like that I had 3 Cadillacs previously in my lifetime and always come out here for sevice.The guy was so friendly he placed me in a Lindsay loaner vehicle told me my vehicle will be taken to the body shop and that i will receive a phone call after a few days it was told to me that my vehicle was a total loss I can admit, I was upset after that but then after that I received a phone call from the service manager the next day stating he will help me find a replacement vehicle after speaking with my salesman that I was introduced to Richard he was so helpful in help finding me a car with no hassle or any pressure went over every detail on with the options I was looking for , showed me a few vehicles after pointing out the third vehicle that I just fell in love with,a 2009 cts, I can go on and on, but I just want to give a shout out to him and all the staff that was willing to help me out I definitely will recommend this dealership to all of my Cadillac owner friends More
