12-26-23 1. As dealers go Courtesy is quite courteous & friendly. This is a nice change of pace. 2. And as dealers go they over promise & under deliver. 3. We bought a used truck and are convinced that we were allowed to bargain within reason. We shopped and found what we were looking for at a reasonable price. 4. The process is arduous at best! 5. Hector is the only person that applied pressure and we quickly dismissed him by leaving. When we came back things got better. And when we discovered a fault with the truck Hector did not give up to find a resolution: it got fixed. 6. Eric in "finance" was the consummate professional. 7.
