Hello, my name is Doug Ebner, Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant. I moved to Arizona from Oregon in 2005 with my lovely wife Angelia who is an elementary school teacher. Soon after that, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter Isabella. I began working for Scottsdale Lexus that same year, and I cannot think of a better brand of vehicle to be associated with. I began my career is the automotive industry approximately 16 years ago with Chrysler and have worked for Mitsubishi, GM, Honda, and Lexus. I still miss the trees but love the Arizona sun. One of my greatest joys is that my daughter and my wife love watching college football with me and we all cheer for the same team!

Outstanding Sales Department It has been over 8 years since I have purchased a new car. I typically avoid dealerships, but I was so impressed with my overall experience with the sales department at Earnhardt. I spent many online hours researching a RX450H and made up my mind that I wanted to purchase one. The only problem was that I was very picky with my color choice on a fully loaded 450H. I did a first test drive at Bell Lexus, but the color combination was not my favorite. They did present a lease and purchase offer. That night I filled an online request on the Earnhardt Lexus website. I was impressed to receive a phone call from Stephen Bennett with internet sales shortly after 8am. Within a few minutes, he was able to locate the exact 450H for me out of state. Within an hour, he presented a lease and purchase offer that beat the Bell Lexus offer. He answered all my questions. Doug Ebner sales manager followed up the next day, and when Bell Lexus could not get the same car for me, I made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Mike Testani took care of me in sales. He answered all my questions and he made me feel relaxed. And to top off an already perfect experience, they had the car ready for me to pick-up in 3 days. Cole went over all the features and the owenership transfer was so clean and professional, that I was left feeling reassured that a dealership can go above and beyond to please a customer. Great customer service I love my Lexus hybrid. Highly recommend the CT model and Earnhardt! Lost my master key and was stranded but David Bader came to the rescue and was ab I love my Lexus hybrid. Highly recommend the CT model and Earnhardt! Lost my master key and was stranded but David Bader came to the rescue and was able to coordinate another master and spare key. Great customer service!
