I asked for full synthetic oil and when I checked out I realized that they had given me a synthetic blend. Also, they sent me out of there with a bad battery - there was just a note on all the paperwork sa realized that they had given me a synthetic blend. Also, they sent me out of there with a bad battery - there was just a note on all the paperwork saying the battery was bad, instead of checking with me to see if I wanted to replace it (which, yes, I would have had them replace it at the time). Poor communication. I took my vehicle somewhere else to get the battery changed. More
